When you order, you pick a harvest window — for example 10–17 August. Your apples stay on the tree until then. Nothing is plucked early, and nothing waits around after.
The same day they're picked, your apples travel from the hillside down to our packing room. No cold storage, no mandi, no middlemen — just the short journey from tree to table.
Every apple is checked and graded by hand. Bruised or undersized fruit is set aside — only apples we'd serve our own family go into your box, cushioned so they reach you undented.
As soon as your box is sealed, it's dispatched. There is no warehouse stage — the gap between the tree and the courier is measured in hours, not weeks.
Delivery takes 4 to 6 days depending on your PIN code. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas take a little longer. Either way, your fruit was on a branch less than a week before it reached your kitchen.
Because we pick after you order, your box can take a few days longer than a marketplace delivery. That gap is not a delay — it's the time your fruit spends on the tree instead of in a cold room. Supermarket apples are often 6–12 months old when you buy them. Yours was on a branch this week.
