Yes. You order the apple box, write your message, give us their delivery address — and we handle everything. Pan-India delivery. You get the tracking link, they get a box of fresh Kinnaur apples at their door.
How do I add a personal message? +
After placing your order on the shop page, WhatsApp us your message on +91 82198 70604. We print it on a kraft paper card and place it on top of the fruit inside the box. No extra charge.
How fresh will the fruit actually be when it arrives? +
We harvest after you order. The apples were on a Kinnaur tree 24–48 hours before they reach the recipient's door. No cold storage in between. This is genuinely the freshest apple gifting possible in India.
What if the gift arrives damaged? +
WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours and we replace the box at no cost. Your gift is covered. We have never had someone apologise for something we sent on their behalf.
How many days in advance should I order for Diwali or Raksha Bandhan? +
For individual gifts — 5 to 7 days before the occasion is ideal. For bulk corporate orders of 25+ boxes — place the order at least 3 weeks ahead so we can schedule harvesting, packing, and delivery coordination properly.
Can I order gifts for multiple people at different addresses? +
Yes. WhatsApp us the list of names and addresses and we coordinate delivery to every location with individual tracking. This is our standard process for corporate and wedding orders.
Is gifting available year-round? +
Apple gifting is available from August through November — our natural harvest season. We do not sell out of season, which is exactly why the apples in your gift box taste so different from what's in a supermarket.
