It's the week we pick your fruit — not the week it arrives. Here's exactly how the timing works.
Your harvest week is when we pick. Your box ships within 24 hours of picking, and the courier takes 4–6 days after that.
When you order you pick a window — say 4–10 September. That's the range inside which your fruit will be picked. It is not your delivery date.
Nothing is picked early and nothing sits in storage. Your apples keep ripening on the branch through your whole window.
Somewhere inside your window — the 4th, the 7th, the 10th — we walk the orchard and pick when the fruit is genuinely ready. Weather and colour decide the day, not a calendar.
Every apple is checked by hand, packed, and dispatched within a day of being picked. There is no warehouse stage.
4–6 days depending on your PIN code. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas take a little longer.
Because we'd have to pick to a calendar instead of to the fruit. An apple picked three days early is a worse apple — firmer, less sweet, and it never catches up. We would rather give you an honest range and pick on the right day than hit a date with fruit that wasn't ready.
No — and this is the most common mix-up. The harvest week is when we pick your fruit. Delivery comes after that: we pack and ship within 24 hours of picking, then the courier takes 4–6 days. So a 4–10 September harvest window means your box arrives roughly 9–17 September.
Because fruit decides, not a calendar. Within your window we pick on the day the fruit is actually ready — that could be the 4th, the 7th or the 10th, depending on weather and how the fruit is colouring. Picking to a fixed date would mean picking fruit that isn't ready.
Within 24 hours of your fruit being picked. If we pick on the 7th, your box is graded, packed and dispatched by the 8th. There is no cold storage stage in between.
You choose from the harvest windows we've announced for that variety. Each variety has its own season, and each window holds a limited number of boxes — once a batch is full, it closes.
We wait. Rain or a cold spell can push a picking by a few days, and we would rather send fruit late than send it unripe. If a window shifts, we post the update on our Instagram and Facebook.
Yes, as long as your window hasn't started. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll move you to another batch. Once picking begins, the fruit has been harvested for you and the order can't be changed.
Choose a window, and we'll pick the day your fruit is ready.
