Roughly a cricket ball next to a tennis ball. Colour, firmness and sweetness are identical — only the diameter changes.
These are not secondsNothing bruised, scarred, soft or rejected. Damaged fruit
never goes into a box in any size. A mini went through the same hands, the same sorting
and the same standard as every apple we send.

Why Mini
What Makes These Special
Same trees, same day
Picked in the same Kinnaur orchards at 9,000–12,000 ft, on the same morning as our full-size boxes.
The ones we kept
In hill homes the small apples were never sold. They were set aside for the children, because they are the ones that actually get eaten.
More skin per bite
Most of the fibre and the sharpest flavour sit in the skin, and a smaller apple has more of it for every mouthful.
It gets finished
A big apple gets half eaten and binned. A small one goes to school and comes home with nothing left.
